The Solution:
DC Flooring installed Deckmaster System R across the 550m² exposed top deck.
System R is a trafficable, slip-resistant, waterproofing system with crack bridging capabilities; designed to provide a seamless car park deck coating. It combines high bond strength, dynamic crack-bridging performance, abrasion and wear resistance, chemical resistance and a slip-resistant trafficable finish.
It is tested in accordance with BS EN 1504-2 for ingress protection from oil, chloride and other chemical contaminants.
The system was selected specifically for the demands of an exposed car park deck, providing a continuous waterproof barrier while creating a durable wearing surface capable of handling regular vehicle movements.
